To provide IT support in relations to system networking, applications troubleshooting and hardware maintenance for the Hotel;
Liaise with external vendors and service providers in relation to all hardware and systems maintenance improvement and enhancement projects;
Monitor and evaluate on-site technical support of vendor performance to ensure all systems and data are operating and kept in a secure and efficient manner;
Provide I.T. support and help desk services to both hotel staff, guests or other end-user to enhance customer satisfaction
