A global fund management business is looking to appoint an Investor Relations VP to join their team in Hong Kong. The role will focus on developing long term, sustainable investor relationship across Asia and beyond. Taking a pivotal role in capital raising, business development, and product strategies across the wider platform, to link investment opportunities with investors. Responsibilities will include;Promote a global approach to Investor RelationsDevelop and manage a group of quality investor relationships, with the aim of distribution and capital raising for a high performing real estate debt strategyUnderstand investor requirements and engage with them on specific investment propositionsPromote the Company to clients and prospective investors as a leading global managerReport and communicate with clients, with a view to improve to quality and consistencyLead/support the development of new products by preparing concepts and business casesCreate marketing strategies for new products and project manage their implementationCreate marketing/support materials as requiredOrganise client events and support marketing and PR opportunities as requiredRepresent the company at client events/conferences as required.Required knowledge & experience:A have a good knowledge of the investment management industryA track record with investor relationships, capital raising, marketing and product developmentA network of investor and wider industry contacts, exposure working with institutional clients would be an advantageExcellent interpersonal skills including leadership and managementStrong presentation and negotiation skills
