We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient work environment, supporting our team as we focus on private equity investments in Southeast Asia's mid-market sector. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining communication with external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in office management or administration is essential. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Organize company events and team-building activities.
- Maintain office equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
