Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Southeast Asia's mid-market sector.


• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.


• Manage due diligence processes, including financial modeling and risk assessment.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies and stakeholders.


• Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals.


• Monitor portfolio performance and implement value-creation strategies.


• Present investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders.


• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.


• 7+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.


• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market and mid-market dynamics.


• Proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management.


• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.


• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.


• Proficiency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
